Interior Design Services for New Office Fit-Out

Background

PT Widya Sapta Contractor (WASCO) is planning to acquire a new office space of approximately 600 square meters in Jakarta. We are inviting qualified interior design firms to submit their proposals for the design and planning of our new office.

Scope of Services

The selected interior designer will be expected to:

• Visit our current office and meet with our management team.
• Understand our operational requirements, work culture, and future growth plans.
• Assess the new office space.
• Develop a functional and modern office layout.
• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Recommend furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials.
• Optimize the workspace for efficiency, collaboration, and employee comfort.
• Prepare detailed design drawings suitable for construction.
• Provide an estimated project budget and implementation schedule.
• Supervise the fit-out works (optional, to be quoted separately).

Proposal Requirements

Interested firms are requested to submit:

• Company profile.
• Portfolio of similar office projects.
• Qualifications and experience of the proposed design team.
• Proposed methodology and project schedule.
• Professional fee proposal.
• Estimated timeline from concept design to final drawings.

Selection Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:
